Frequently Asked Questions

Why do the potatoes go in first?

Potatoes take longer to cook than chicken and broccoli. Giving them a 15-minute head start means everything finishes at the same time.

How can I make this faster?

Buy pre-cut potatoes and broccoli to skip the chopping.

How do I serve this to picky eaters?

Serve the chicken, potatoes and broccoli separately, and add fruit or another safe food to the plate.

How to Store and Reheat

Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for 3–4 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer to help the potatoes crisp back up.
