These Teriyaki Turkey Meatball Bowls are a fun twist on a classic weeknight dinner. Tender turkey meatballs are coated in a sweet and savory homemade teriyaki sauce and served with rice and broccoli. They're easy to make, packed with flavor, and great for meal prep too!

- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Mix turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce well.
- Form mixture into approximately 16 meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-22 minutes, or until cooked through.
- While meatballs cook, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch mixed with water.
- Pour sauce into a skillet and simmer over medium heat until slightly thickened.
- Add cooked meatballs and toss to coat.
- Serve over rice with steamed broccoli.
- Top with green onions and sesame seeds (optional).
