This is my kind of weeknight dinner: throw everything on one pan, pop it in the oven, and walk away. Tender chicken, crispy potatoes and broccoli get tossed with ranch seasoning and Parmesan for an easy dinner the whole family can enjoy. Less prep, less cleanup, and dinner is done!
